I stayed here 3 nights and liked it. The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable, offered great services. The location was perfect, for example, Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina was just a short walk away from the hotel. It was set in an incredible area.

The hotel was pleasant and wonderful relaxing, thoroughly enjoyed garden view from our studio apartment. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. The location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina. There were a shopping centre and a main shopping street around the property. The airport was 5 km away. It was reasonably priced.

I loved being there, the place is pleasant and comfortable.
The room was badly needed to be cleaned especially the bathroom and available with a balcony and a comfortable bed plus a gorgeous view. The food was fab with lots of options.

The hotel was fantastic in terms of its location. It was close to everything, including shops and the beach. We could easily explore the main street of the city and enjoy the beautiful beach without any hassle. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed, including a balcony with a lovely pool view. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. Additionally, we loved that we could have breakfast from our own supplies in the apartment, which was a delight.

Great location - close to main street, but secluded and quiet. Lovely gardens around pool - great bbq area with helpful extras provided for self caterers. Excellent service from all in Reception.

Close to Marina and centre of Port Douglas, lovely pool/entertainment area.
Such a minor aspect but the water pressure in shower was not very good.

We liked the location as it is a close walk to the main street, restaurants, and marina/wharf area. It has an excellent pool and outdoor/bbq area, and the gardens are very attractive.
